ArcaLabs builds AI agents that run sell-side workflows for investment banks and PE funds. Product owns the surface area an analyst sees: the chat composer, the workflow editor, the deliverable previews in Excel and PowerPoint, and the agent's behavior across each customer's house style. We are the official FactSet AI Partner and the team behind Arcafeed (acquired).

About the role

We're hiring a Product Manager to own how ArcaLabs feels to use. You'll partner with engineering, FDE, and design to ship an agent product that an analyst will choose over Excel — and that an MD will trust enough to pitch from. The work spans agent UX, evals, deliverable rendering, customer-specific configuration, and the deployment surface.

Our PMs read 10-Ks, sit in customer calls with MDs, write specs, and run evals. They aren't ticket-routers.

What you'll do

• Own the product surface end-to-end: the agent's chat and workflow UI, the deliverable previews, and the admin surface for customers' house styles.
• Live in customer calls. Know the workflows of comps, CIMs, IC memos, and pitchbook strip profiles cold.
• Write crisp specs, build mocks (Figma or your own code), and ship features in weeks — not quarters.
• Run user evals: red-team the agent's outputs, watch analysts use the product, and turn what you see into a roadmap.
• Partner with FDE to turn customer-specific patterns into platform features.

You might be a fit if you

• Have 3+ years as a PM, with at least one tour at an early-stage startup or AI/finance product.
• Can read a 10-K, an offering memo, or a comps file without flinching. Bonus if you've built one.
• Are technical enough to read code, run SQL, and prototype in TypeScript or Python when the engineering queue is full.
• Have shipped products with LLMs in them — you've felt the eval pain and want to do it right.

Bonus points

• Past experience in fintech, capital markets data, or banking technology.
• Direct experience with a sell-side workflow (banker, equity research, sell-side credit, M&A).
• You've run a product team that worked closely with FDE/forward-deployed/solutions engineering.

Compensation

$180K – $270K + meaningful equity. Full benefits and daily breakfast, coffee, and snacks, plus complimentary fitness center access in Palo Alto.
