The challenge

The deliverable has your name on it.

A comps refresh spans your licensed market data, Excel, PowerPoint, your drive, and your inbox, and one broken link the night before the meeting is a credibility event. ArcaLabs collapses those tools into one surface and keeps the work defensible at sign-off.

Re: Project Sable — QofE follow-ups: run-rate savings

Two items before the Thursday session: restate the run-rate savings on the add-back definition we agreed, and confirm the pension curtailment in schedule 6 — our bridge nets differently.

SubjectRe: Project Sable — QofE follow-ups: run-rate savings

Anneke — run-rate savings are restated on the add-back definition in the deal's Definitions tab: the Q2 line rationalisation held, the one-off tooling credit excluded.

The schedule 6 pension items net to $3.4m, not $4.1m — the difference is the pension curtailment that lands in FY26; schedule 6 walks it.
