ArcaLabs builds AI agents that run sell-side workflows for investment banks and PE funds. Our GTM motion is small, senior, and direct — we walk into the offices of MDs and global heads of M&A and earn trust by proving we understand their book. We are the official FactSet AI Partner.

About the role

We're hiring 1–2 GTM interns for Summer 2026 to work alongside the founding team on pipeline development, customer research, and field marketing. You'll get full exposure to how a finance-focused AI startup actually wins customers — from the cold outreach to the MSA signature.

What you'll do

• Build prospect lists across investment banks, PE funds, asset managers, and private capital firms.
• Help craft outbound that gets MDs to reply — research-led, not template-driven.
• Sit in customer calls, take notes, write up patterns, and feed them back into the GTM playbook and the product roadmap.
• Run small in-person events (analyst dinners, MD breakfasts, conference side events) and field marketing experiments.
• Build internal dashboards on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.

You might be a fit if you

• Are a current undergraduate or MBA student.
• Have a real interest in finance — markets, M&A, private capital. You read Matt Levine, you can spell "EBITDA," you understand why a banker cares about whether comps are LTM or NTM.
• Are willing to do unsexy outbound work because you understand it's how startups actually grow.
• Communicate cleanly in writing. Bonus if you've written something — newsletter, Substack, course paper — that someone read.

Bonus points

• Previous IB / PE / corporate development internship experience.
• Built a prospect list, ran a campaign, or done sales operations before.
• Comfortable enough with code to build your own enrichment scripts in Python.

Compensation

Competitive intern hourly rate, housing stipend, and daily breakfast, coffee, and snacks, plus complimentary fitness center access in Palo Alto. Strong return offer pipeline for new-grad GTM roles.
